Deb - sorry to hear about the need for all the mopping.

I got started on my blocks and have 2 different sets going. I really like how they look even if they are a bit more complicated than I've done up to now. Keeps me moving on to more challenging projects.

Oh - first one out of the box........looking good. Now, are my tired eyes playing tricks on me, or does one of your corner triangles have two different fabrics in it? The one on the top left off the center block looks a little different.

Sorry you had to mop up water Deb.

I guess I better get in gear...just finished all my Boom blks, have to do a medallion, and more chickens and on on it goes!!! Yeah I am so glad that the board is waking up from the long winter!

I have to agree with Pattis, all those purples, blues and greens... so pretty!

I am glad that you take the challenge. I know your blocks get better each time you venture a new one.

Deb - the fabric is sort of a crazy quilt look that shows different aspects in different spots. I'm trying to keep the primarily darker ones to the center round and the ones with more gold to the outside, but there are actually three or four different ones that appear throughout the fabric.

Thanks for letting me kow. I thought it may be a pattern of sorts, I was just checking! It looks real good! Glad to see you are stepping out of your comfort zone a bit.

IF THERE IS A WRITTEN PATTERN FOR THIS BLOCK, PLEASE POST THE LINK.

WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE REMOVE ALL THE WRONG MEASUREMENTS AND DESCRIPTIONS OF HOW TO CUT THIS PATTERN. I HAVE JUST WASTED 45.00 WORTH OF MATERIAL CUTTING IT WRONG.
