I printed out the outline onto fabric, colored it in with crayons, then ironed the crayon wax out. I washed it to be sure the colors would stick, and they did. :)

Crayons are much shorter than I remember! Talk about hand cramps!

    Very pretty Moonrise :!: :!:

It reminds me of the fuzzy book folders I wanted for school, but had to use the "plane Jane" ones.

These blocks are going to be very unique-one more way to push out of the comfort zone and into another part of the world of creativity.

I know there have been problems with disappearing people on other swaps so, once all the members are added and signups are closed I will post my phone number in the private section of the activity page, so that you will each have it. I don't foresee any issues but you never know and I want everyone to feel comfortable with the swap.

You are making it very difficult for me not to participate in this swap! What the heck - I'm in - I will probably paint my squares - but I may try the crayons

I knew I should have stayed away from this thread! lol

Yep, regular Crayola-brand crayons. :) Off-brand crayons work, but the color seems to fade a bit when the fabric is ironed afterwards.
