I received the most wonderful pincushion and extra goodies of patterns and moda charms.
It is fabulous! I learned a lot in this swap, but I absolutely fell in love with the weight of this pincushion. She used "extra fine sand", which I immediately went online to look for. I plan on using that with my next one.
This was a secret swap. And I still don't know who gave this wonderful gift to me. Her name is Kathy
. I have a question for you once I figure out who you are, lol.

Hi Guys,
Just wanted to say that I have received my pincushion from Armylady2012... I love it, she also sent me three wool appliqué patterns, some batik fabric and some pins... I really got lucky. I will post pictures tomorrow!

I received mine today from Marion. She even sent me 2 and said it was her 1st and 3rd try at making a pin cushion. You did an awesome job Marion, both are so cute, I really love the echidna and the history of them that you sent me. Can always use more scissors too and the beautiful case you made for them.
