tHIS SWAP IS CLOSED:
LOOK FOR NEW POTHOLDER SWAP FOR JULY AND AUGUST.
HELLO: ALL YOU POT HOLDER SWAPPERS
I have received several pot holders and have sent them out to other Pot Holder Swappers.
If you have not sent your Pot Holder, Please do very soon.
Go to Swaps and Round Robins to see Pot Holder Trades at this point.
I'm setting July 6, 2011 for the last day of mailing for those already signed up.
After that date anyone wishing to sign up will be in the next segment, Starting July 7 with mailing date of August 15. Deadline for signup for that segment will be July 30.
Keep 'em coming gals. I have seen some very beautiful Pot Holders. The surprise of seeing them is terrific.

DON'T FORGET TO SCROLL DOWN TO SEE POT HOLDER PICTURES.
POT HOLDER TRADE
This is a trade for pairs of Pot Holders. The trade is open to all who wish to participate. The following are the guide lines:
Size: at least 8 inches.
Design: square, round, triangle or any shape or color you desire. Could be Grandmother’s Garden, Flying Geese, Rain Fence or any copied quilt block.
Method: Plain, quilted, appliquéd, pieced.
We will start the trade by sending a pair of Pot Holders from me to the first one that signs up. It will be sent in a brown envelope with a second envelope inserted with my name and your return address and 4-48 cent stamps attached for you to send me a pair of Pot Holders.
When you send your pair of potholders to me, you will also send the same size envelope with 4-48 stamps attached. I will use that envelope to send the pair of potholders on to the next person who signed up.
That person will send a pair of potholders back to me, along with the extra stamped envelope. I will send those on to the next person on the list.
Each person, upon receiving your Pot Holders, will send me a PM stating that you have received it.
Since each person who trades will receive potholders before they send theirs to me, I will keep the pair i receive from the last person on the list.
I will keep track of who I send pairs to, who sends them back, and when i sent each round. I will also post pictures of Pot Holder’s received and give credit to the members who made them.
People who are interested in participating may sign up until 15 June.

If you send to the first person on the list and then they send to the next person what kind of time do they have to make their hotpads? What if they take weeks to get it done?
If I undestand this right then only one person at a time is making their hotpads? Or do you have a time limit when they have to be done?
