This sounds like such fun... so went and bought the filling, then came home and covered the ironing board with it, oh and it looks so nice !! Thanks for inspiring me to get the correct item for hot use, now will have to shop again (my bad).

Most of mine I made before I knew about that kind of heat-resistant filling, so they would be more for setting under plants, etc. The last ones have that filling. I would bet that the ones we get back will be way to pretty to really use for potholders anyway, after seeing some of the pictures. I'll probably stick with the good ole Ove-Glove.

I have started my potholders..this is going to be so much fun..I have the embroidery done on 2 of them..not sure how many I will end up getting done..here is on of them..going to get several done then put them on my longarm to quilt.
