May Mini quilt swap

According to my records, 5 of 17 minis have been received thus far. I hope everyones on track to send by Thursday.

Wanted to post here in case you weren't still following last months swap.......
I received this wonderful mini from my partner for the March swap. We had it set ahead of time that she could take her time and get it tome as soon as she was done. It was sure worth the wait. She also sent a bunch of great goodies that I have already put away before I remembered to post this. Thank you so much Marilyn!

My mini for jaba has been mailed! I didn't mean to wait until the end of the month. It's just a crazy time! I hope she likes it. I had told her I was planning a blue/white quilt in the "rain" theme, but when I went to do that plan.....well...it just didn't work. Then I remembered something about jaba and knew what I'd do. Funny thing is, well it matches sorta what Jaba did for me. Sorta. I am excited for her to get it!

SheriR I'm excited to get it too! Now it will really be a surprise :) will let you know when it gets here

Here is the mini I received from Cheesehead. I am absolutely thrilled!!! She did a fantastic job. She also included some buttons, fancy beaded pins, a fat quarter bundle of beautiful fabrics, a really nice card and even included treats for my fur babies! Coco was sitting right by me when I opened the package so of course I had to give her a treat first thing. She thanks you too Jan. I had to also post a picture of the fabric she used on the back. Isn't this mini wonderful??? :) Thank you so much Jan!

Ok, Jan, where did you find that fabric??? It's perfect! What a great mini!! Color me green with envy......sorta.

I received my mini from Letsquilt and I love it. She also added some extras, an orangey batik FQ and a pack of sewing machine needles. Letsquilt, how did you know I was low on needles. I am going to attempt to post a picture of the mini hanging on my wall. Here I go!!! Oh well, it didn't take, will try another way.

I found it in a fabric store in Alabama called Fabric by the Pound, I fell in love with it the moment I saw it.

Jan, you will never believe it but I was going to use that same pattern on yours until I found a good one at the quilt shop in Ohio. Wouldn't it have been something if I used the same pattern? :D
