My partner, lucky_alf2 sent me a PM while I was away, got home late this morning and responded to her. I found a pattern I think I will try out for this months swap. Love seeing what everyone comes up with, now I just have to figure out where to hang all these mini's.

Hi all! I just wanted to drop a quick note to day hello. I am a busy mom and craft dabbler, but throughout the years I consistently enjoy my quilting projects. I've been a QB lurker lately and decided to make the jump from "looker" to "doer" this month! This is my first Mini Quilt so I hope I do OK -- I certainly am not as speedy as some of you all and am probably over-thinking it. I've picked my pattern and fabrics but need to do get a different/better orange. Anyways, happy hump-day Wednesday to all :)

These are wonderful. It does make one want to continue. I can't wait for next month, I'll be taking part for May. Everyone does such good work.

Tonight I will be working some more on my mini. Today it was so beautiful outside. My niece mowed our yard today. She is using dad's riding lawn mower and mowed hers, ours, and dad's. They all look so pretty now. I have got to prune a bit on my butterfly bush so it will hopefully have lots of blooming spikes on it for the summer. My spirea bush is already changing colors.

ljdugas31 I know I will love it. You are faster than me, but I will be consistent with yours. I hope you will like yours also. :) I do love working on the minis.

Finished all of my BOM stuff tonight. 4 Dear Jane blocks, one triangle block and wrapped up 24 Turning Cartwheel blocks! Feeling very accomplished:) Now I just have the mini for this swap and my last round on a round robin swap. Seeing the light at the end of the tunnel! How did I get so behind?
