It was actually very easy. I have the pattern "Star Spin" from http://www.quiltsandquilts.com that I am making and it has pattern pieces with it to make the small sizes that go around a larger star. I found the paper pieced version on Quilters Cache "TwistingStarBlock". It's the exact size thats in the pattern and the paper piecing was so much easier.
I had left overs from the large quilt I am making and thought it would make a nice doll quilt.

I recieved my august beauty from cjaye44 and it is beautiful....Thanks so much and sorry I do not have picture yet , still have to get unpacked and find camera. Hope to have hers in the mail tomorrow (got to try to get to sewing room ,,,,,tons of stuff from being gone almost 2 months...lol) I love my quilt and I want to play in september. Hopefully I can get back into some sort of routine (SEWING LOL) Thanks again cjaye44
