This is basically my last week of summer vacation. I have my nephew the first week of August, and while it's not required, freshman orientation is the 11, which means I need to go back to work and finish setting up my new classroom before that. I am going to make all of these blocks into quilts for my classroom, but that might wait until next summer...

Please understand that I probably won't get those last three blocks made before september 1st - I will try my hardest to get them made the week that I get them...

Your Turtle is on the table. :) I'll be sending her out first of this week.

I wont get to these quilts till next summer. =( this summer was just a little too planned to get any sewing/quilting done.

Trying to work on blocks today...this is last day of son's leave before he is deployed for over year...sooo looking through teardrops while sewing.

Didn't want to go to his house today so his girls will pay attention to him instead of Nana...they are 5yr, 2 yrs & 3mo and don't understand Dad won't be back for a long time.

So it's sewing I will do...hope the blocks line up :)
