I am just popping in to see how you are all doing? The mailing deadline is approaching so please let me know if you think you may miss it :) Also thank you to each and every one of you for all of your hard work, for my blocks and for Izabella's blocks. I am working on thank you cards but they are slow going with everything going on. The heat and humidity are so bad for my IH. You are all the best! Huge Hugs April Hugs April |

Happy 4th ladies!! I finished the last of my blocks and will be mailing them home probably on Friday! I sure had fun with this swap, picking coordinating fabrics and patterns to suit each fabric (IMHO!). Sorry I'm late getting a few home on time---I didn't think I'd be having two surgeries during the swap time(carpal tunnel on my left hand and removal of an ovarian cyst--pretty much recovered from both well!). |
Thought I'd do a recap: I have received blocks from everyone, except: goldendog55, LindaC, MdmSew'n'Sew, NDQuilts, and tildiemae.
Moonrise: Did you receive a block from me?? I wrote down the block I made but forgot to mark the date I mailed it, so can you let me know!? Thanks. |

Happy Birthday America!
I have been mailing out blocks this week, All should receive within a couple of days. Going out a couple of weeks later than I thought. My mother passes away at 91 this month, (June). 2 yrs and 4 months after my father passed away. and I was away for 2 weeks, then Hurricane/Tropical Storm Debby visited, Orlando and Venice , Florida. I do hope everyone likes the block I made them! I do like all of my blocks, I just need a few more, which I am sure will be arriving soon. I might give my mailman a early Christmas gift, could not do without him! Maybe a gift card for lunch, and a box of goodies to snack on. He knows who I am, he looks my way when I drive pass him, I am sure he wonders what I am up to, and all my QB friends are up to! cuppy Cuppy |
