My mailbox is sad. No blocks in a long long time.....so sad
Haven't heard much from everyone....

I got one block done today! Whoo Who. I will get it in the mail on Monday to Ljdugas31. I hope to get another one done before I leave for a 3 day conference. I will miss my sewing machine and Husband...

:(:( :( Sorry Hubby fell in the garage and I have been icing down his knee and trying to keep him from moving around too much. He will be fine, but it took away from my sewing time. Will try and catch up some tomorrow.

I do my best sewing on my front porch- sadly when it is in the 40s not much chance for sewing :( Suppose to warm back up this week so then will be able to get some blocks done-also will get pics taken of all the blocks I have received and post them

Today I went down to the post office - finally!!! I mailed home blocks to calquilter, Difergie, dotcomdtcm, jem, linnaete, ljdugas31, maebe42, maggiebb, marytoddliz, Ok Darla, oma7, Phannie1, sapdoggie, scrapper, Sharon B, tumrub, and Wendsy. So you ALL should be getting something soon. Your mailboxes will not be totally alone this week. I hope the blocks are something you all can use in your quilts. I know the blocks I have received are wonderful additions to mine.

BTW, I received another block, from jem. Thank you so much.
So I have 10 blocks that have come traveling home, enough to put together one of my quilts. Those that come after today will go into a second quilt top.

Mailbox is smiling!

My mailbox hasn't been smiling for a while. It needs to smile again, please!

My husband will be working all weekend. That means I will be sewing all weekend....except when the dog needs to go out. I have 5 more to go and all little blocks will leave the nest. I will keep you all posted. Phannie....Quilters keep the pieces together.

You are all doing wonderfully well. Such beautiful blocks.

QuiltMom, I love the block, it is so perfect for my Niece's quilt. I can't take a picture as the camera finally bit the dust! We have been looking online to get a new one, so far they all want too much, it gets me when people want more for a item then it costs to buy a brand new one!

Checked the mail, no squshies :-( I had a great time with family and the wedding was lovely. I am so glad to be back home~

I am still here! I need to update and post pics of blocks I have gotten. Sorry, I started a new job & got the worst case of flu-monia! I will be sending out a group of blocks this week also :)

**big sigh**** I made 4 blocks today 3 for this swap and one for another - will keep plugging away :) and not making them in any set order just as the fabric dries or I grab them out of the basket

First I want to say sorry to Scrapper ,I am sending out your block today. I'm sorry its so late, but I put it aside and forgot. I was just going through all my Boom stuff and found the fabric. I am now done with making all my blocks, I am waiting for 6 more blocks to come in. This has been fun, and thanks to everyone for the great blocks i have received! Looking foward to see the rest!

I have not mailed any out yet- have started working on them and will make a trip maybe tomorrow to the Post office to mail what I have finished - boy I think I have a block figured out then the fabric talks to me and it goes another direction :shock: LOL And then that old adage measure twice cut once- need to keep repeating that to myself ....

Just got a block from Ok Darla. Nice!!! Just to let you know that block is on my to learn list. My girlfriend has promised to teach me one of these days!!! Thanks again. Difergie, I love your quilt top so far, it looks awesome! It is my favorite part of doing the booms, seeing how amazingly well they go together!
