Talk about postage.....my post offices here...notice I did make it plural as in so. cal you can go to 5 - 6 PO within a 5 mile circle and I have tried them all. Each PO seemed to have their own little rules about how much to charge for international.....Now they have all cracked down and got on the same page and to mail my blocks back to Canada and Englands was $6.55 a piece. For an envelop weighing less then 1 oz. So because I am on a limited budget I am going to have to not do international anymore. Sad because I like having my international friends.

Thank you, it's in a book called 50 fabulous paper pieced stars by Carol Doak. This is an awesome book.

I love this block so much I want to make a quilt for me. All scrappy.

That is crazy about the international being $6.55! Mine have all been $1.20. Can you maybe print out postage online somehow and just drop it off at the PO?

I would LOVE to get a copy of that pattern! What is the name of the pattern? Who is the designer? Jane |

Thank you, I posted the book above with the pattern. I have made 2 blocks would you add sashing or not???

Think I'd wait a bit until you do a couple more. Kind of hard to tell with just 2 blocks. Looking at them the white will give a secondary pattern you may like, but 2 rows maybe not.

Atlantic group swappers,
I am behind on posting photos of all the beautiful blocks you have sent but I will get pictures posted by this coming Sat. My hubby had surgery and I am behind ...I appreciate your patience. |
