PinkLotus, I love your blocks ! Your color choices are perfect ....They look simple but complete.

So cute they are. I finished, after ripping paper piecing a few times, two sky scrapers. Now onto the quilt shoppe. That is going to be even more of a challenge. I wonder how many times I will have to rip on those. If I have to more than twice, they are going in the garbage!

Thanks everyone for the comments. I tried to get as "Funky" as I could, and I found it was a little hard for me. After years of striving for "perfect piecing" it was a little out of my comfort zone, but I did have fun :)

The hanging birdhouse didn't call for a door or a hole in the pattern, but now I am wishing I had added one. Maybe the 3 who gets them can add it if you like. From looking at the pic it just calls to me that it needs one :p

It says my blocks were delivered today - WoooHoo :) :) Let me know for sure Deb when you get a chance though.

Thats fantastic. It's great to be able to tweak things if you want to. I left room for others to interpret the blocks I sent in also. Just in case I went to far with mine.
