got my fabrics today so will be cutting on thursday, maybe tonight, don't know. have to wait for kids to go to bed. should be able to get them in mail by sat. priority mail. :)

So...received by date is next Friday, so...start getting ready to send Priority mail (ie-Flat Rate).

Double Checking my bags against the checklist, mine will go in the mail this afternoon or first thing in the morning. As i've also been cutting for the postage stamp swap over at The Curious Quilter (800 2 1/2 stamps cut so far for swap) my rotary cutter and I are sick of each other and i'm itching to go sew something!

WOO HOO!!! Holy cow woman!!! I hate my rotary cutter after I'm done cutting my swap and luv's swap squares. :) Couldn't imagine 800+ lil bitty squares.

FUN!!! I'm doing the Curious Quilter swap too. I signed up for 10 2.5' and 10 1.5' sets. I figured if I'm cutting my 6.5' squares it isn't much harder to cut a strip of 2.5 and 1.5 and make sets to swap there!! PM me if you want to do a side swap lol...

For those that have been asking...here is the line-up for the next couple of months!!!

August -- Animal Ark (animals, animal prints, animal words, etc.) -- twist is Orange & Yellow strips
September -- Wintry Holiday (open to your interpretation) -- twist is BRIGHTS
October -- Passionately Pink (anything pink as long as it "reads" pink - this swap is a reminder for Breast Cancer Awareness month, which is very near and dear to my heart)-- twist is Hodge Podge (whatever you have in your stash you want to bust out)

All swaps are 6-1/2" squares and all twists are 2-1/2xWOF strips

I'm not well either...last month was a bum knee...this month a hell of a chest cold in lungs moved to sore throat...now in my head...cough cough cough so hard mine eyes water, mine ribs are brused and can't seeee out mine glasses...my sweet son gave me Fireball Whiskey to cure me....not to bad has cinnamon in it burns like hell all the way to your belly lololol got myself wondering if it had put 6 1/2 squares in the 10 1/2 envelopes....oh jeeze sneeze lolol can't wait for the swap next month to see what's wrong with me then lolol :o)

No packages today. Feeling bad again. Heading to doctor tomorrow. Ear hurting now, wondering if I blew out my eardrum. Will keep y'all updated. I plan on starting swapping Saturday, so make sure they are here Friday.

Yosamitesa is accusing sapdoggie of sending "Cold Germs" with her fabric for the swap and sapdoggie doesn't want them returned so they must go elsewhere........Has the Quilting Board ever hosted such a Round Robin or Swap? Both of you may go down in history for this!
