I am hoping my other set arrives at my partners today. I mailed both Bdawn and this one at the same time so odd she got hers almost overnight and the other is touring the countryside probably seeing all the sites first before it gets there. Shoot!

I am off to mail a package for the Home decor swap (done!) and maybe maybe there might be a package or two waiting for me!! Oh a happy dance oh a happy dance!! its warm today 84, super clear skies, air conditioner on!! I think this is just going to be a great day. hope ya'all have a great day too.

I came home today after getting Mom back home from the hospital to find this great package in my mailbox...I have to say it says "SUMMER" all over each piece! Take a look and weep...they are mine, mine,mine. LOL Thank you so much, Loriejo. You made a sad day brighter for sure.

yosemitesa, :( nothing today but I went when the office is closed and just my po box.. they wont put packages in there too small (cheep me bought the tiny box) they have new shorter hours there. 6 hours a day but a 1.5 hour lunch closing. marvelous. you have to fly in at just the right time which is apparently not much. maybe tomorrow???

Received my first set on Sat. from Sustraley and sent pms but didn't get on here. Haven't been on here too much lately and of course am missing a lot of goings on. I did send to my sp on Friday via dh, one I have received from before and can't think of the other one and it is too late - I need to sign off. Lots going on at work tomorrow and I should have gone to bed already. But delivery was expected by Wed. so maybe after work I can post some clues.
Hope all the mom's had a good Mother's Day-I did. Sorry to hear of some of the problems, hope to catch up tomorrow night I have several pages to go back and read. And happy birthday to everyone having one. Oh and of the pic posts I have seen nice fabrics. more tomorrow.

I'm so sorry for the delay in posting that I got my beautiful FQ's from LJDugas31. I just love them, thank you so much!! Life got in the way of catching up on this thread. I also like your favorite, and now it is mine too. Will probably keep in until I find the right thing. In the meantime, I'll look at it, feel it and savor its prettiness. Again, thank you and I apologize.

Nothing yet from my partner. I'm glad, Queen that you liked yours. Brat, perhaps mine like yours, are visiting other areas before getting to us. I mailed a birthday card to a friend of mine in Florida well in time and it hasn't showed up yet. I hope the two packages are both lost!!

WELL everyone Guess What The Brat dragged in today? a marvelous package from our very own Dancing Queen Yosamitesa!!! Oh thank you so much for all the wonderful fabric you sent. a package of summer daisies and peaches and sewing fabric and well it was very much a beautiful grouping of fabrics. A big old smooch to you thanks girl you brightened up my day and I can defintely use them for a summer runner. Now to make that a runner for ME would be lovely so you make sure you remind all those runner ladies to get sewing!! thanks again. Wonderful way to end my day.

I'm late getting my pictures posted (life has gotten in the way). I'll probably have to bow out of any swaps until this Fall. Between my paying full time job and the non paying family farm job, I don't know which way to turn. But I did received these wonderful FQs over the weekend from omacookie and MaryMo. sewellie-I have a piece with vintage sewing machines and sewing notions on it and I put it in a large embroidery hoop and it's on the wall in my sewing room :thumbup:
