I received wonderful fabrics from sistahebra. Lovely designs of condiments, BBQ words and foods. Also a coordinating solid to go with them. I am thinking of making placemants for summer. I also received a 2 year planner which is very cute. I wish I could post a pic. Stupid computer. Hopefully getting fixed as we speak. Thank you !!!!

I am really enjoying all the fun variations on what summer means in fabric. I obviously don't get out enough, there are always so many fabrics in swaps that I haven't seen. Jvan228 are those fireworks or dandelion puffs in the blue fabric in the first picture?

Well my second batch was received by my partner quilting day-by-day but no pics to show you what she got :( I am however thrilled they arrived safely.

I am waiting with you Yosamitesa for my second package too.. we can both do the happy dance when they arrive.. I could dance I could dance all night! (this is a special kitty dance only the two of us know how to do so be sure to watch for it its simply amazing!)..

I didn't know there were so many watermelon prints out there! I want them too!! lol ok I want most of these.. like the flag one just posted. I need that one also and well there was a daisy one on pink I NEED and then...

I received a very summery set of fqs from sistadebbra yesterday but was too sick to do anything but lay in bed, so I opened it tonight after work. She also sent a 2 year planner but I forgot to get it in the picture. Now I hope it posts.

all those kitchen condiments and stuff! add a bit of red/white check and what darling placemats would those make!! or a runner (my mind is always on runners lol).

I think these truly are fun summer fabrics. I am excited to think of what the next swap will bring.. sign me up! oh oh I have to wait? sheesh. I am not too good at waiting.. waiting on go most of the time :) Nothing in the mail today but there is always Monday! yuppers that will come soon enough and I am positive this time there will be another little package with MY name on it. ok maybe brat on it that happens often enough. lol my mail lady laughs at all the names I get on my mail: Linda, Elisabrat, BRAT, my last name, my maiden last name my childrens last name I am like the lady with multiple personalities.. oh yeah and my ebay name sometimes is on there instead of my name. goofy me. now this explains everything doesnt it? lol

I am not waiting anymore...look what Jamie sent me...She said the fabrics reminded her of the crayola colored bubbles her kids love to play with....I love bubbles, too! I actually bought a couple of bottles today just for fun..bubble baths are a lot of fun as well. Thank you so much, Jamie (sikesjj)...really adorable.

I might need that black one with the pink roses and well in the first set I would hang tight to your purple one I can feel a need for that one too :) I love the creativity and the fabrics. I swear this is the best way to preview possible fabrics you might want to purchase. What one store has this much variety?? love it!

I really need to stress how important it is to follow ALL the rules of this swap...One of those rules is that you send a PM thank you to any one you receive from...not just thank them on the thread as sometimes people don't always read the thread....I have a few people who are thinking of not joining any more because they never hear from the people they sent to!!! PLEASE review the rules of the swap and follow them!

No specie plans; I just keep adding them to my FQ hoard, I mean STASH! Kind of addicted to FQs. . . :p

I've made several blocks with FQs received (especially those with holiday themes) to be included in a special quilt just for me. Otherwise, I use them in my scrap quilts or wall hangings.

I wanted to mention this month we had someone who so very much wanted to swap with one of us. They couldnt because no one was interested in international swapping. I am available to do this in t he f uture. No one should be left out for a couple dollars of postage and HEY fabric maybe I have never seen!!! tada! so Pattia swap away with me I am sure I have five more fun summer fabrics we can do a trade on! just pm me if your interested.
