I just finished 1 set now will begin 2cd set 12.5x 12.5 both sets. I might just do a 3rd set, like 6 .5 and that way the receiver can add their own sashing if they want to make them 9.5 or 12.5. I really like this Valentine swap.. Gosh I am in so many swaps... I have mailing envelopes prepared with the name of the swap, just need to fill them. Sew much fun.

Just put a set of blocks in the mail yesterday. Hopefully I can get another set in the mail in between my other projects.

Since today is the last day to join the swap I'm wondering what's up? I sent a pm to Atenaqwis a few days ago, but I haven't heard back from her. Should I be worried that she hasn't been on for awhile?

I wouldn't be worried. I did her recent Halloween swap (with a large group of swappers and hundreds of blocks). She did a fantastic job as far as I am concerned. She is not on the board daily, but communicaes frequently. So...jump right in with the rest of us. :)

I haven't posted blocks yet (finishing up other swaps), but will do so soon.

This looks like it is going to be a great swap with 25 who have joined. A great assortment of goodies going back home. Oh darn, I missed it.

I cann't wait till end of month for my blocks. I'm making extras of my own so quilt will have some size. I' shooting for a large queen.

I finally trimmed up my blocks to send. Heading to the post office this morning. Looking forward to swap and seeing everyone's designs :)

Just wanted to update, I received blocks from CJR Friday!! Can't wait to see all the sets, they look great as they roll in. :)

I am excited about this swap, and just wanted to check-in to let everyone know I am here :) My blocks won't go until closer to the due date of being received Oct. 31st.

Hi all!!

Only one week till the packages need to be to me. We have had a few people that weren't able to join us in the end, but I hope most of you are ready to mail if you haven't done so already!! remember the packages need to be to me by the end of the month, so you may want to use priority mail to ship at this point. If for some reason you cannot continue with the swap, please just send me a PM so I can be sure I am not looking for your package. I will get to the PO this week and update my list of receiveds. This should be an exciting swap!! I have so many beautiful packages already!!

Hi all!!

We made it through Sandy safe and sound and have power round here. It was a stressful couple days!! last year we lost power for 8 days, so I was not looking for a repeat of that!! Hopefully everyone was able to get their packages in the mail. I will be checking the PO Box tomorrow and will check on anyone I am missing. Then I will swap as soon as I know we aren't waiting on anyone. I am hoping to have the packages headed back your way by Monday. Thanks everyone for your patience!! Hopefully no more hurricanes head my way!! I moved to New England to get away from weather like that, but we have been having a lot of it in the last couple years!!

Glad to hear that you kept power, and came out relatively safe from Sandy.

From tracking my package, it should be delivered today (it says it's out for delivery today).. Mine was NOT sent to a PO Box as that wasn't the address that you gave me. Have you received it yet? I can't wait to see what all I get back. If I remember, here is a little bit I will snap a pic of the blocks I sent in. I love everyone's I have seen so far on here :)
