OH OH, so so sew pretty needlecases. Hope I get mine today. I am learning alot of what to put in them and use them for. I have never had one. Look sooo forward to getting mine. I already look forward to doing this again.

I mailed mine Sept.11 going East to a traveler. Hope she likes it as I was not sure what or how to make one. Hopefully she knows how to post pictures because I don't.

The first one I tried turned out to be a disaster after many days of thinking and sewing and thinking and sewing. I wonder if anyone has ever made that pattern.

So I made one up and it is more of a sewing kit than a needle kit, but I put in everything I could think of. It is going out on Monday, and I already have my next one planned. Which I am going to start as soon as I get the pattern.;)

Niece is coming on Tues to take pictures of everything, so will post the great one that I got from Irene.

Soooooo.... what is it, please 'splain to us what it looks like

It is in book form with a beautiful sewing theme fabric, tape measure type inside. It has wool felt for the needles with a place for thread in the middle and a scissor pocket with a darling pair of stork scissors. three different sewing theme fabrics. I love it.

I just got a huge ( 8x8) needle case from Melissa H. (Don't know your Board name).It is in my fav colors of French blue and yellow, and the cutest appliqued owl on the front with big, ole' wiggly eyes. Inside are rotary cutter blades (2 sizes),needle threaders,quilting and metallic mach. needles, hand-sewing needles, straight pins and beautiful multi-beaded long pins ( I love those things !), measuring tape, scissors, and a pkg of repairneedles. To add to the joy, her sister included a cute,cute pincushion in the shape of a cut passionfruit with more of the beaded pins. Thank you both so much ! Sara

Got my needlecase From: Saraaev----------- OH OH OH SO SO pretty-----Lavender and green wreath of flowers on a light blue vine background. 6pages of an assorment of needles and a beautifuly pair of embr. scissors lit green and white;;YEA YEA my FIRST NEEDLECASE------So so pretty. Wish I know how to take pictures and post for all to see. Thanks you so much; now I can see how to make a pretty one.
