Do you prefer tea or coffee? :)

If your SS doesn't know where you live, it probably doesn't really matter. However, some people use the address of a friend or relative. Some even use the recipient's address but that could cause a problem, if for some reason the package runs into a snag and can't be delivered to that address. Since some folks have Secret Santas in other swaps, one someone suggested we put QB Secret Santa, somewhere on the box (or in return address). :)

I usually put QBSecret Santa for the name and my street address with "somewhere" in my state and the proper zip code.
This way, if there is a problem the Post Office has my street address and zip so the package can be returned to me. I've never had a problem with this return address format. the zip code tells them what city, state and then the street address is correct.....
NOW if secret santaeee wants to get really nosey... they can google the address and zip and locate exactly who sent their package... but that's cheating :)

Oh so many of you sending or ready to send already. Well, I may have finished the shopping but the handmade items are far from done. Probably wont get most of them done for a couple of weeks at least. Schedule packed more than normal and have to carve out that time. Be patient my SS you will be pleased, hopefully.

Ok. I haven't been posting much. But if my SS is wondering, I do like to read. I read just about anything, mysteries, romance, biographies... I don't drink coffee (I love the smell, but can't handle the taste), I do drink teas and hot cocoa. I love homemade items, mug rugs, coasters, aprons, pot holders, whatever. My favorite colors are fall colors. I lean more towards greens but I love all fall colors. Oh, about the only thing I "collect" are bells. If I see a pretty bell, I'm going to buy it. My bell collection used to drive DH crazy until I pointed out all his hunting items.

I have a couple more things to find for my SSR. I'm heading South tomorrow to pick Mom up from rehab and take her home. Youngest DS text me to tell me he and his girlfriend will be in tomorrow night. Oh my, we use his room for storage, I have to get it cleaned. He's coming to hunt so Saturday his girlfriend and I will be shopping! I'm glad Mom is coming home, I now know every little bump in the road from here to Shreveport. I know where all the cops like to sit hiding (no I did not get a speeding ticket, not saying I didn't diserve one though).

mdall Im in the same boat plus my tendonitus decided to rear it's ugly head and both arms scream if I even look at my sewing machine.

If my secret santa needs more ideas I also love to read and like mysteries and easy reading, love florals and batiks, anything bright, deep and rich in fabric thrills me, I do collect pin cushion, seam rippers and flower pins are my friend Terriamn

well I love handmade things too. I love making my own bag patterns. I do not drink tea or coffee, but will not pass up a Diet Dr Pepper. I really don't have a fabric stash so I can't say what colors I lean towards. I just get to buy new fabric when I start a project. Slowly building that stash..LOL

Hello SSR out there. When will I receive my package ?????Then I have to wait to open it ??? I hope the one I sent arrived and she will like it. This is my first year and would have liked the ideas such as wrap small items, include home made goodies, and a few other ideas that I have read thru all these posts ! Thanks,
