Morning gang! Well, I see while I was getting some zzz'z that we lost a family member. QuiltyLouise, I'm so sorry for your loss. I know the feeling all too well as we had to put our dear Candy down 3 years ago & we still miss her. We still have her brother, Duke, but we know he's approaching that stage now too. He's 16 now & am not looking forward to the day we lose him.

Glad you all enjoyed the quilt show. The pictures really don't do justice to most of them. We've got a lot of talent in our guild, that's for sure!

Clue for the day: You have some beautiful landscaping around your house.

Hint for today!! My SSR has woods behind her house...

Quilty Louise, I am so sorry for your loss, I know how difficult it is to loose one of your babies. Just remember the wonderful life you gave her and how much love she gave you in return.

Hmmmmm. That could be me! Does she also live in the boonies? We have a bit of woods, along the side and rear of our property. :)

My SS hint for today - She doesn't care for drab colors. :)

THIS sounds quite a bit like me!!!

Since I liked my dislikes as brown, olive/drab green and "muddy" colors
(like the civil war era).

Thank you everyone for the kind words of sympathy on the loss
of our beloved Bandi.

She was truly the original "grumpy cat" not in looks but in attitude.
Bandi didn't like the other 3 kids getting near her. Especially the "dude"
Mr. Gizmo (my cross-eyed part Siamese kid).

It was only about 6-7 year ago that she started sleeping on the bed
next to my DH as long as he was laying on his side facing the wall.
Than she would look over him at me and meow wanting me to reach
across him to pet her.

About 3 years ago she started turning into to "cuddle kitty" in between
DH and I but curled up into his arm and under the covers. Than about 2
years ago she started sleeping on my extra pillow (I have 2 pillows, one
is intended for a furkid).

Last night (as I have done the last 9 nights) I called her name and said
"come on Bandi lets play cuddle kitty" Tim had to remind me that she
was gone now.

I know she isn't suffering now, but darn we miss her, and the other 3 kids
keep looking for her too.
