At first I thought...nope! You don't live in Illinois...then Arizona burst my bubble by telling me it could have been a helper! Yikes! Does that mean I have to be nice to absolutely everyone one of you girls? Ha ha ha! Okay...that should be easy! :):D

maybe this is me?? :) although it would be a longish bike ride. living with in-laws saving for a house, so I better enjoy the water now! Eventually moving inland. This is not our house but in neighborhood. Wanted to show the pretty tree :)

So far all the clues have knocked my out of the running. I am way West but guess not far enough, I do not live on a pretty street, and I live in a college town. Maybe I will catch the right clue. :(

My SS person likes fabric, is not allergic to cotton, and likes green. Could that be you? :D

Thanks, for the prayers. They determined her heart is no worse than it was 3 years ago when they did all the test. Mom is on her way to an In-Patient Rehab sometime this afternoon for puliminary rehabilitation. I now know where all the bumps in the road are between here and Shreveport. I didn't make it by the quilt show... my niece that lives in Bossier City had her baby girl Friday night. I spent my time Saturday between the 2 different hospitals because I just had to hold that sweet little baby. :D My sister passed away shortly after giving birth to my niece. So she's extra special to us.

Hint for the day: You have mountains in your state.

Hey Cindy..........I have mountains in my state!! :D Could it be ME, huh could it be me? If you would happen to have my name, no little kitten please. My DH is allergic to cats of any kind. Please show us a picture of the new little babies, if you can.

I am so sorry about the loss of your sister, but she certainly has left her family a beautiful baby girl to love & adore forever & ever. I hope & pray that your Mother gets better real soon. Prayers to your whole family.

My SS is posting other places but not here. I would love to have a hint of something special she would like.
How about joining in a little and give me some more ideas that are not so general. ;)

sewnsewer2 10-08-2013 12:25 PM

Well it isn't me 'coz I post LOL.

sewnsewer2 10-08-2013 12:28 PM

I have the creeping crud, but feel better because my friends here told me to get some zinc and I did. :) Great advice, thanks!

Wish I could post a pic of the new babies, but they keep tight to Momma, so I can't get a pic! There's an orange tabby that looks exactly like momma, a tiger & 2 calico's, one has a lot of white on it. Looks like Tabby Jr is the only boy. I'm not keeping any of them either! I kept one from Tiger's litter that she had Memorial Day weekend. Named her Mischief & the name fits perfectly!!

Clue for the day: you also have lakes in your state.

Judylee2 10-08-2013 01:02 PM

Oh wow! I have been so busy going, boingy, boingy, boingy, bounce, bounce, bounce, tippy toeing trying to peek into sewing rooms all over the North American Continent. I have seen some interesting places on Google Earth looking for my SS and my SSeeee!

Likethedog 10-08-2013 01:54 PM

Here's a hint about my secret partner: If there are radio and TV stations in her area, the call letters that start with W.

huntannette 10-08-2013 03:03 PM

hmmm you ladies seem so darn good...I`m sure the hole is empty at the moment.....my ss lives in the USA ;)

KGoodhand 10-08-2013 03:31 PM

OMGosh!!! I can not believe I had 42 pages to catch up on!!! But I did it!
There was a post a ways back with some really good looking apple jelly or butter! I have never made it but it looks really good! And sounds even better!!!
The hint for my SS is that they live in Canada!!! It narrows the field a bit!!

Nelco 10-08-2013 03:44 PM

Lets see, my state has lakes and mountains but I am not that fond of green....My SS lives south east of me

Judith1005 10-08-2013 04:12 PM

Ok Dreamer, here's the measurements of my machine, just in case my Secret Santa has a few minutes to turn out a cover for me. My machine in 16 1/2" long by 7 1/4" wide by 11 1/2" tall. Hope this helps you Santa. I wonder if my giftee needs one also. hm, will have to ponder on that for a bit. I guess I'll go spy ahem, I mean eavesdrop, oops, I meant peak in on my Secret Giftee and see if she has mentioned anything anywhere else. :)

My DIL has it, too...I picked up the zinc to ward off a case of it. She is trying very hard not to spread it, but we all know how bad it is....

antiquegirl68 10-08-2013 04:51 PM

I keep checking to see if my SS added anything else to her list of things. I sure wish she would add just a couple more things to her list. I will keep checking:)

Tink's Mom 10-08-2013 04:55 PM

If my SS partner is thinking of giving me a lovely kitten...I'm allergic and I think Tink is, too. Please find another good home for kitty...

antiquegirl68 10-08-2013 04:56 PM

I thought of one more thing I like to collect, Holly Hobbie things from the 1970's, books trinkets anything with Holly Hobbie makes me happy.
