"settings"

if that helps. If not than it is more than likely an issue with your
browser (Firefox or Internet Explorer (IE)).

Louise, You are a such a sweetheart! But then I think many of us already know that! Thank-you for taking the time to post detailed 'help' instructions!!!! But alas none of three options changed things on my viewability of the toggles....Still only the three toggles...however magically now the eighth box now has the down arrow in the box...still no name unless I hover over the toggle.

I wonder is there a thread to ask tech support here?

Thanks bunches for doing research and spending your time trying to help... I hope it's not a IE incompatibility thing because that is treading into the vast dark side for me to try and pretend to be techno savvy!
