I like Chocolate! Only my zip adds up to 25 :(
Mary loved the pics you show of your home. Makes me want to be there and play in the leaves! Modeenie, glad to know you are okay after that spin in the snow. Another hint for my SP -- I think Queen Mary had something to do with your state. |

Robyn - thanks for the tut. Going to copy it and give one a try. Great gift idea! Can't wait to see what my surprise is! |
Moedeenie thank goodness you are alright. |
GLAD your Ok...Sorry about the car. Snow is pretty to look at, but NO Fun to drive in anywhere. Must of been a shock to leave in the AM with blue sky and boom...SNOW flying. That happen last DEC.29th around my area at night, the temps. dropped real fast and it hailed which turned into a thick sheet of ICE. Put my hubby on my cellphone on speaker and he guidex me home. That was a very creepy 45 minute drive home, from a friends home who lives 5 minutes away in normal weather. I was shaking for at least an hour after i got in safely. WHEW....I bet you were glad to be home today! BE SAFE :-)

Mary what an awesome pic.
Moedeenie glad everything turned out alright. The older I get, the more scared I get about bad road conditions. Robyn sorry to hear about the borders. My DD had the same problem. We did everything right. All the women at the guild couldn't even figure it out. I can only give suggestions, but not sure if they will help you. Make sure you do not stretch fabric. Not sure if a walking foot would help. |

Hi Louise, you know ever since I fell backwards off my concrete mixer truck, I have had chronic lower back pain, Like you I'm getting injections in my lower back and about a month ago they did a nerve block, now I don't feel the pain in the lower back like I use too seems it's moved up in the middle of my back and hips...I feel better than I did but it does hurt when it turns cold. So I've been hurting more than usual ...I feel for those who are going through the same things as I am. It's sad to have to suffer.

Robyn,
I can so relate to pain. I have been suffering with chronic pain since my second neck surgery in January 2009. Even FREQUENT visits (sometimes 2-3 per month) to the pain management Dr does not fully help me. I get injections and they are short term semi-relief but nothing lasts over 6 months (the longest so far). Now beginning of the new year we will be on NEW insurance and it will not be covering 1/10th of what my current insurance covers. To this current date my insurance (present is Aetna) has paid out OVER $500k in treatments, diagnosis, surgeries, CTscans, Xrays, MRI's, Drs, hospital, meds, neck braces, traction units, tens unit and goodness knows I can't remember what else there is/has been. YES you read that correctly OVER half a million dollars has been spend on trying to "fix" my next issues and all the pain. With no complete success at it (so far). So I truly hope you are able to get the relief you so deserve, NOBODY should have to live in pain all the time. Sad as it sounds I am ALMOST getting use to it. But maybe someday that will change too. |
How do you find the link to this swap with the list of ones that have received or not received their packages ??? I am so lost on this board. I don't really have the time to stay on and find my way around, and I want to learn how to post pictures too. Thanks, Janice
