My ornament is done. I'm really happy how it turned out. I hope my partener likes it too. Now just to buy a card and bubble envelope and mail it out next week. :)

so sorry--have ornament all wrapped and didnt take a picture. However, i had to get a box a little bit bigger than the small ones at post office. but then it was a little too big so to fill it up , i added a few small boughten ornaments and some chocolate goodies to fill up the extra space. still not enough so made a another gift from Xmas fabric. still have a little room so will go get some more goodies to finish filling box. that way nothing will bounce around and maybe get broken. So now my recipient will be able to decorate the house from front door to kitchen door

Beautiful birds, Betty! I'd display those all winter long to brighten up what can be very gloomy days.

Oh my goodness, BettyJ! LOVE the birds! What a lucky partner you have....

How pretty the birds are betty! The grey and black one is gorgeous!
I know how much work the petti-point is NZquilter. Very cute tree. One of my gift ornaments is the petti-point too. I have it wrapped already and can't show and tell. Sorry girls. |
NZquilter, your tree ornament is perfect; I especially like the silver metallic thread you used to highlight the snow!
