Thanks, I hope you all enjoy trying this little project. What I have been doing is just making a block here and there when I get done with a project that has leftovers of the fall colors. I think it would be great to do a 2 1/2 inch noodle swap of light and dark fall colors, that way we could cut it in half and have enough to make the dark center block and the light center block of each fabric.

Just wanted to share a picture of all the wonderful scraps I received today from my partner Sewred. She even included some little goodies, hot chocolate, candy canes, marshmallows and some yummy chocolate. This was fun. Thanks for starting it Rhonda and thanks Sewred for all the wonderful scraps.

javin22 would the tute also work if the strips were 2 1/2 in. and not trimmed down? I realize the finnished block would be bigger.
