Just a quick FYI, we found a replacement for the member who needed to drop out of the Blue Jays group.

Woo Hoo! I need to get mine sent....have been so busy helping a dear friend open up a new quilt shop! I need to go back and find my list of addresses also.

Received Difergie's block yesterday....soooo cute! I will be sending mine out today or tomorrow. :) How is every one else doing? Ready to send? Can't believe Oct 1 is a few days away!

Because I'm working this weekend I will be mailing mine out on Monday. September seems to have flown by hasn't it? Looking forward to seeing your block Cognito. My machine is in the shop hope to get it back in the next 2 weeks.

Oh bummer zzmom! Not fun to be without a machine! My top will be in the mail today. I am sending some fabric in case you have trouble matching. I have to redo the package because I originally was just going to send all of it then realized that would increase the postage for each person to mail it on, so will just send some and then can send additional each round as needed. :)

Wanda Lou- I mailed my center to you today. Looking forward to receiving yours Cogito. My machine is supposed to be back next week from the repair shop. Fingers crossed!

Finally got mine mailed out yesterday.. A little slow. Have had a lot going on. But hopefully everything is calming down now and I can get back to quilting.

[ATTACH=CONFIG]440878[/ATTACH]I am one of those people who gets nervous if I wait until 'the deadline'...so here is my round for Scaroca...the picture is a little dark but you get the idea. I think it is going to be a really pretty quilt. Scaroca do you have a plan for this one or just waiting to see? It is a beautiful day here and I just loved working on this center. Now I will put it in the mailer and wait til thanksgiving to send it on it's way. :-)

Difergie- Great border! I like the checkerboard pattern. Looks great:). I am about 1/2 done with the border on Cogito's center. I am working on 5 projects currently and should be finishing up on 2 in the next couple of days. Looking forward to seeing other's centers as they grow. Thanks for sharing your photo.

difergie. I love the rows you added. I don't have a plan for this one. I will just what it turns out to be. So far I love it. I have not received my next one to work on yet. I am anxiously waiting.

I got it. It is beautiful. I am pretty sure I know what I am going to add to it already. I have some skull fabric. Hope you like it.

So happy, I have alot of the black and white skulls that I sent along with the top and I think I will use it for my backing too... Excited! have fun with it.

Cogito's Block
 

Finished the first border on Cogito's block. Had lots of fun doing this border which I have never done before. Hope you like it :)

oh I love it zz......very creative too...I don't think I have ever seen that as a border

Just received mine from Scaroca today. I am a little concerned in that no one has posted a picture lately and there has been no chatter. This time of year is crazy however. Have you pm'd Cogito?

Hi Difergie- thanks for responding so quickly. Yes, I have PM'd Cogito just yesterday, but have not heard anything yet. I'm hoping she is just busy with life and will get back to me when she is able. I too, would love to see some pictures of everyone's creativity.

I am still waiting for mine to arrive. Hopefully I will get it this next week.
