Yvonne, that row looks wonderful. You are so very creative.
I just look at your nighttime quilt wondering how you did all that beautiful work. I have started your row, but it's taken some time to get my ideas into fabric. |
Barbara, I know exactly what you mean. Have spent more time ripping than sewing in the last 8 months. The worst part are the little pieces that often fray even when it's suppose to be high quality fabric you're working with. Thank you for the very kind words but I think there was a power much higher than me guiding my hand because I'm serious when I say I've never done anything like this before.

I received Mary's rows today. What to do? What to do?

Mary, it is hard to find 30's repro fabric around here. Does anyone have any 30's repro fabric or scraps you could send me? I have a small scrap of blue and I know what I want to do with it, but I could use more. Thanks, Sherry
|
Sherry I'd be happy to share with you but 99% of mine are in the colors Mary said she didn't like (pinks, yellows, oranges and lavenders ). I do have some medium blue 1930's but you said you had blue. Sorry............
|
Yvonne, I only have a piece that is 11 1/2" by 3 1/2". What design does your medium blue have on it?
