I've got the fabric for the Diva quilt today. After reading Roda's notes about her granddaughter, I've decided on a diva cowgirl boot for one of the blocks. In my head, it looks pretty cool. Everyone cross your fingers that it translates from brain to fabric. Of course, if it doesn't I still have plenty of time to think up another plan.

I'm almost done with the Diva quilt row. It's looking pretty good to me. Let's just hope Hailie agrees! I'll post pictures in a day or two.

Ready to send this last one and getting ready to start your Judy.

Excellent! It sounds like we are on track. I need one more thing to finish Hailie's quilt and then I will post a picture.
|
Wow, moving along, that is good. Yep that next mailing date is coming up. So any more photos of the gorgeous quilts you ladies are doing? The last row is due to mail by June 1.
|
I thought the last rows not do till August
|
1st Row – mail by Dec. 1st
Row 2 – Feb. 1st Row 3 – April 1st Row 4 – June. 1st Row 5 – Aug. 1st August 1st is when they are expected to be mailed back home. Right now four rows should be done and you will mail those off. Then receive the last one to complete for mailing by August. Some groups are ahead of the schedule some are on time. |
The Diva quilt got ahead of the game. That's the only reason it's finished.

The diva quilt is ready to go home! The buttons I used for dots in her name are just pinned for now. I hope everyone, but mostly Hailie, likes it. This quilt was really fun to work on. Thanks for letting me be a part of it!
Since it is way ahead of schedule, I think I will keep it until after my quilt club meeting on June 4 so I will have something good for show and tell. |
Very cohesive! Nice job!
