Well I'll try this for those who can't open the other file with the counts from different states. I did this in wordpad.
I hope this works! Sorry I don't know all of the in's and out's of uploading. Although I was a programmer before loosing some of my eyesight. I only worked on main frames. Good luck! |
I have Windows 7 and couldn't open either one.

I really don't want all my extra blocks back, either. However you want to mix them up to send back is fine with me.
