I used the Pigma Micron. Black, tan and green.

The green doesn't come up quite as well as the other colours. Or perhaps my pen might be a bit "old".

And I am sorry sewcrafty - I couldn't find a burgundy one to send to you.

I never thought of using different colors, I have several. Very nice blocks! I can't wait to see all the ones I get.
