I see I'm not the only early riser....I live in the country, so nice and quiet, sitting on the porch drinking coffee, waiting for the sun. My favorite time of day. I have company, 3 cats, hissing at each other, wanting in my lap, or bring me their prize, that they caught during the night.
I have my box ready to mail.....but I'm going to be nice and wait until closer to the mailing date, which is the 14th of November, surely we wont have to wait until Dec 1st to open our present.....as you can see I'm excited..only gift to open for Christmas, my family lives in AR, to many of us to exchange gifts and DH and I go on a trip every year. |
Don't know when opening day is going to be, but it's usually around the 1st to 2d week of December.
It's a consensus from everyone as to when opening day will be. |
Thanks, tirnhi, at least I know about when its going to be...I want to Thank You for doing this swap, its so much fun and everybody seems very nice. My vote for the "Best swap"

As for all the beautiful fabric, slightly used quilt supplies,apron and antique tea cup I want it all. I would be thrilled with anything. Here's a snake story for you. My great great grandmother was working in her garden and watching her granddaughter when she saw a big snake slithering up toward her granddaughter. She ran grabbing up the baby and hacking at the snake with her hoe cutting the snakes head off. Turns out the circus was setting up in the field behind her house and the boa constrictor escaped. It took six men and grannie to hold up the headless snake for a photo. Of course grannie doesn't really count because she is only using one hand, her other hand is raised in the air hold her hoe aloft like the warrior princess that she was! The circus wasn't to pleased with grannie but they did give her tickets for the show but grannie was a no show at the circus . Lol |

I'm getting a cuddle quilt and putting myself in the hole for a little while where I'm going to curl up and sleep off all the rest of the drugs in my system. I've spent the last 24 hours in ER and surgery and sleeping off the general that put me in no where land. I'm awake somewhat now, but the hole looks good to me right now. Tell you what happen when I can think better. Not life threatning.
