Well, I'm on final approach on my handmade item for my Santaee. Hopefully I'll have it done over the weekend. Then I can wrap & send. Such lovely things are popping up on the thread! Pick me! Pick me! I love 'em all!
Hint: You live in one of the larger states.
Off to the hole.......it's 5 o'clock!

Yep, I was there -- ok, NOT on I-10 but sitting in my kitchen having a conversation with the boss about NOT going to work that day. And we didn't!! Wild weather for sure, something I've never experienced in the entire 40 something years I've been in AZ! And my place did not flood. I apparently do not live in a flood plain. Knock on Formica.

Love all the pictures. Was sewing on a MR this morning and trying to learn how to do the mitered corners on such a small item when my bobbin locked up. Cleaned it, tried, changed bobbins, tried, changed needles, tried AGAIN, cleaned it, TRIED AGAIN AND AGAIN, gave up and now it is at the Pfaff hospital repair center. I have a Bernina 1530 that I can use but it is upstairs all by itself. I'll have to cut and get everything ready to go in the basement, then take it upstairs to sew. Good part? I learned how to mitered corners!
I went shopping this afternoon and bought the rest of the things I need to fill my SS box.Should be ready to mail by Nov. 1st.
I still haven't seen a post from my santee, hope she likes what I am sending. Here is a hint...I really like the state she is living in.
Now onto the hole to relax. Taking some peach fuzz with me, anyone interested?
