Here are the pictures of the goodies I received from Vitality. The table runner is 2 sided, one Christmas and the other is absolutely beautiful fall leaves. I love the colors on the Fall side. And the soaps she sent smell absolutely delicious. They are mint scented goat milk soaps and I will place them in my bathroom and hope no one uses them. There was a bag of M&M peanuts, but my sister's grandson snagged them right away. The fabrics she sent are wonderful, stripes, a FQ pack of shades of pink and a charm pack of Christmas, a pin and a pack of snowflakes, which I know you can't see, they were tucked into the charm pack.

I can't get a pic to work for me for some reason. Thank you to SOM for my package. She made me a batik bowl, there's some of my favorite candy, and I got a new box of guterman thread, among many other things! What more could a girl ask for?

My Secret Santa was my Friend Colleen aka CKCowl. :o
She sent me a great box of goodies. She sent me a collection on Black-on-White & White-on-Black fabrics. A beautiful Quilter's Desk Diary with lots of pictures in it, along with a box a speciality threads (I can't say that I have tried Sulky brand thread before.), a homemade stocking that she hand quilted filled with sewing notions and caramel apple Milky Ways. She know that I enjoy smelly things, so she sent me Large Wax Warmer and a Spiced Cake tartlet to melt & make the house smell yummy! Colleen include this super pretty panel that so "homey" looking that I'm going to make in to a wall hanging at point I think. There was a 5" Charm pack of Barbara Brackman's Civil War Jubilee for Moda. Plus all the "wrapping paper & ribbons" has a nice mix of prints to add to my stash collection. LOVE that form of gift wrapping. I mean ...who doesn't like being able to up cycle into a project...Right? Her card to me made me laugh for a special reason. The box has Crème de Pirouline in dark chocolate, greensnap and store container, Christmas tree table runner (on the table now), softgreen, purple and yellow socks (match my jammies perfect), Christmas note pad,2 rooster hanging dish towels, No Math Quilt Guide, Shear Trouble book,Quilting gloves, gardening gloves, 2 bamboo hot pads (definitely use withCorian counters), Iron Clean clothes, seam ripper, purse holder, pins, blinkingSanta light, purse calendar, note book, lint roller (need with all thecritters), an awesome sewing kit in a tin for my purse, spot remover, 4 fatquarters, and the wonderful scarf. Thank you again BrendaK, you made my day.<o:p></o:p>

:) Sorry ladies I received my awesome package from Pat Sturm. I got Mint O' Green mints ( my favorite), licorice, Pepermint squares, Gorgious Purple fabrics, and christmas fabrics. :) A pin cushion, An Adorible little clipboard with paper, Patterns, Dish towels, and a table runner, a cute hand embroidered kit!Also a delicious candy bar.(Hearshys) :)

I haven't seen anything from the Elf I sent too yet. I know she got it. She hasn't posted here at all, from what I can tell. ;) Ok, Elf, let's see that package, since I forgot what I sent! :D

Hih Everyone...quick note - trying to get my tree up today as i don't have the DGD to chase around today....will work on finalizing the recipe book ASAP.
Just had a thought ....want to make sure that everyone knows RE: my asking for your email address -- after i send the recipes to you...i WILL NOT include you in any other emails - you know the kind i mean...300 people copied with something someone thinks is clever. Unless you initiate a private conversation between us, i will "forget" your email once the recipe is sent. Just so you know. |
