Here are two blocks. The first one was gifted to me by 2Doods at the OR/WA Open House 10 days ago. It's a great scrappy plaid and looks fantastic with my growing collection. Thank you Alice!

The second block is my Feb. block to Lillie. She wants a quilt that travels the world. The large print fabric features Oregon and Washington sights. It was my first time paper piecing. I can't say yet if I really like pp or not, but at least I will no longer skip past patterns simply because they include pp. I love how this swap is challenging me to try new things. :-D

kysmommy2, you've been receiving such pretty pinks and greens. There's a beautiful quilt to come of these! I've been admiring them all. :-D

Just want to let Quilt Mom know that I received her blocks today.
Don't have a way to post them right now but will try later.
I really love the Jar with the dolphins. Very neat.
Thanks, I will be getting yours done over the weekend hopefully.

How do you get your applique blocks so perfect - especially the stems? The two blocks you did with the Reproduction fabrics are simply stuffing and certainly my taste.

There are so many talented quilters in this group.
