    Can someone please tell me how do you move yopur needles? I have never done that and not even sure my machine allows it!

    My machine doesn't allow moving the needle, either. I use painter's tape (the blue tape that removes without leaving adhesive) and mark a scant 1/4" to use as a guide. The 'scant' is key, as many patterns call for a scant 1/4" seam. So my seams are more than 1/8", but less than 1/4". (Does that make sense?)

    For the blue/cream swap..is that all solid colors or can the blue read of blue but have flowers with different colors ? Thanks for the help
