Usually the 12 inch size they quote is the finished size they should come out 12 1/2.

Welcome to the board and to the Quilting Bee swap. In answer to your question, usually, when a pattern says "12 inch block" that is the finished size. If after you get your block put together and it's still "short"...add a border. Hope this helps.

Our post office always does the weight and feel test and I always have to pay the 1.22 as it is posted different. Has anyone had trouble with the blocks I've sent?

    Happy quilting!!!

Well I got dropped off this thread again. I really don't know why it keeps happening.
I have my March block ready to out to Guna60, I will put it in the mail tomorrow, Monday.
I sent her email at least a week ago and PM, have not heard anything from her. Anyone in contact with her or has she dropped out?

Dropped off? I have never been dropped off, but you might try clearing your cache, history, cookies...oh and update your java. Also might try running disc cleaner and defrag your computer. These things can cause all kinds of weird stuff to happen....might help.
