It is nice to get a PM email or a note on here especially if someone mailed their block but never heard if it arrived. I always worry they are lost in the mail or something once I mail mine and don't hear anything. I try to PM people when I mail so they know when to expect it. But a note that it arrived would be nice too. I love my blocks so far.

Thanks, BRT. Good communication and follow-through go a long way.

On the bright side today, I received such a beautiful iris block from AKAngel today. It is gorgeous. I will try to post a picture tomorrow, and show off my iris quilt garden.

    Dettonlisas,
Glad you like the block. And silly me, my teapot isn't veggies at all, it's flowers. I must have been tired when I put that on. But I do love it! Thanks again.

And I just thought my eyesight was really bad when I couldn't find the vegies amongst the flowers.

Dahna42 those are great blocks you made for abonda. On the floral block, did you applique over a completed regular block? Did you create your own pattern for the "under the sea" block? It is amazing to me when I see how complex some of the blocks are that have been posted.

Sorry I was so busy with packing for vacation that I didn't get a message to you upon arrival, your block was absolutely gorgeous.

Sandi at least you answered my PM when I asked. I know we all get busy sometimes, I always worry that it wasn't received and don't want any one to think I am flaking out on them!
    No problem!
