Wow Goldendogs, love the drunkards path and iris blocks.

May I ask where the iris block pattern came from?

I know I'm behind... very very very behind... I'm playing catch up... I have caught up on doll quilts... I have a block done already... I have a few more to do... as soon as I complete them, I shall send them! I am so very very sorry! I have a list of who I need to send to... SO Very sorry!

The paper pieced iris pattern was purchased on-line from equiltpatterns.com. It was less than $5 and I downloaded it onto my computer. Some of their blocks are very easy, but you can see this one wasn't, so there is a lot of variety in their patterns.

I am back. Having a hard time, though. I lost my best friend. I have to take each day at a time. I need to get sewing and keep busy. I found the Color Catcher so I can wash my batiks.
