Wow, those irises are so pretty. I especially like the simplicity of the first one.

My laptop died and it has all my important addresses and stuff in it. It has been quite a wait, but I owe someone this quilt block. I think it was March. You are collecting Fall Leaves. Please send me a pm with your name and address.

With all I have been going through, I'm late and I'm sorry. You have every right to be angry. Please accept my apology. I have the block finished and ready to send as soon as I know where to send it. Gwyn

    Oh, Karen. Are they ok?

Also- this is for everyone- Karen is one of the participants in this swap who sends (very beautiful and talented) blocks and hasn't been receiving them. MadeinMaine and I are keeping track, and will no longer be assigning blocks to dead-beat swappers. I know life happens- I'm late, too!- but communication is key! Please be in touch!! If we don't hear from you, and your partner does not receive a block, you will be dropped from the swap.

I know I've been distant, and I appologise. I will try to do a better job.

The May give away blocks came back to me- the package was ripped. The yard of batik fabric I included was ruined, but the blocks were saved. (Yea ziplock!) They will be sent out again Monday.

The June blocks will also be sent out Monday. We hardly had any participants. Should we quit the game?

Blueribbontoes...so sad the blocks are ruined. :-( They are covered with machine oil and globs of grease. Even ripped, they was in a zip lock baggie...didn't do no good. Does anyone have any idea how to get that stuff out?

I have my June partner's blocks ready to mail out Monday, so am willing to do an extra swap or two if anyone else is looking to do so. PM me.

Sorry, I don't do embroidery or applique

I really enjoy making and receiving my blocks. I have all the ones due while Randy was sick finished and will post on Monday. I'll do my best to get the June block finished tomorrow so I can mail it too.
