I only need two more for the current quilt that I'm getting blocks for!

But I do have a favor to ask... is there anyone who would be willing to do a 24x24 block of my colleges crest?

I'm not very good with applique yet, and I want it to look really nice. I'm going to center it on the quilt. (So technically I need three.) I'd like to get this done before I leave for school August 25th. Let me know! I'll do a few blocks for it! Please!

I'm working on other blocks this weekend.

    Thank you! and Please!

No, I just need the one!

The other two can be anything with blue and white or a blue jay on white.

I can't wait to finish this!

I'm thinking of what my next one with be... but I'll get to that later!

Here is the name of the tutorial: "the technique tutorial making the rise and shine blocks". Except I traced the dragonfly onto WonderUnder, ironed that onto the lime green piece, cut out the "holes"(wings, body, swirly things) with small manicure scissors (I didn't keep the cut outs to use again like in the tutorial since they were all one color (lime green), and then stitched the piece with the holes in it and the batik piece together around the outside edges, did the hand blanket stitch around the holes, added another fabric for borders. "The same, only different!" I am really pleased that kherrin liked it, too!
    Thanks for the encouragement.

Shirley that dragonfly is beautiful and so unique, I love it.

I also think the friendship star is beutiful, I love the colors and floral print very pretty.

Kristy, your July Block will be in the mail tomorrow, I'm glad I got this one done before the end of the month this time.

Sugarpumpkin, I'm glad you received your block and happy you like it. I don't have a picture of it so I hope you can post one.
