Shawnna - It came!!!!! I love her! She is so beautiful that I had to name her Hildy. i don't know which brought a bigger smile - Hildy or your card. For everybody else - she sent me a card of a skinny dog (greyhound? whippet?) wearing pink leg warmers and having four ballet shoes around its neck. LOL.

I can see why she loves making this and I loved the pun of "she is a fun one and loves to be used so pin her up". She will go on my table and overseas my pins and stuff....after showing her around work that is.

Thank you. Somebody so pretty as her needed a name. After all she got all dressed up to come see me. Her earrings, her tiara or necklace and....well those feathers!!!! Envy of all the other Hens and chickens I bet! :)

well let's see. I would call her a class act. Yeah, that's it. She will hold my pins for me. One day I'll take a pix of my pin cushions that I have. Hildy will go next to my tea pot pin cushion. I love getting pin cushions. I put them all over the apartment so no matter where I'm at I am by one. I even hvae one at work (a cup cake one). As for what I'm making Shawnna....it's a wall hanging. You have all the pieces to the puzzle of what it looks like just put them together. :)

I have to take apartment the binding and some of the quilting stitches and redo them. Oh well, not totally back to the drawing board but still a set back. I will get it finished on time though if not earlier. :)

I did something different for the label this time. Besides just using the pigma pen for it, I also did some faux applique. Didn't turn out too bad.
