Hopefully the one you are doing should not be that small since it is a table topper.

Well the blocks are 3" square, the making of one block is pretty messy. LOL, but i am determined i will get it done, i just haven't had much time this week, what with work and sewing up curtains, and trying to get to my sons quilt basted while they aren't there. oh woe is me. :( LOL :) I love the stress. (not)!!!

3" Block is about the overall size of the block I was doing.
I hope you don't go crazy doing this. Remember this is suppose to be fun.

I agree with determination but what I was hoping to do was beyond (my world anyway) - one of the 1¼" blocks consisted of 7 pieces all with points and paper pieced. I hope to still use this design but in a different part of your project that is alittle bigger.

Have fun and take your time.

    Hugs, Dee

I am having fun with it, i am facinated in how they turn out, being so small. we can only do our best at something new, you also have fun and don't get frustrated with it. I have to admit i have thrown one piece away cause it was to much to pull out and start again, they are only tiny pieces that we are working with. :)

So true - that they are only tiny pieces.
I think I found my solution - found a similar but easier block to use.

Dream56 has generously offered to take over as coordinator of this swap. things will proceed normally. the only difference is that all inquiries should be sent to her instead of to Bonnie.

our best wishes and hopes for Bonnie's speedy recovery.
