Great idea - waiting to see it.

Don't you just love when you see a pattern and several ideas spring from it? I consider it a good find then because the more you make it, it helps justify the costs of the patterns (grins).

Last day for sign up for the swap. I will post here when I have the assignments finalized.

There will be a Quilting in the New Year - February 2011 swap but I am not posting it up until this one gets going more, etc.

Anybody know of an advanced quilter that might like to join our swap? I have an odd number of quilters who say their experience level is advanced. I need one more person to 'even things up' or if one of our advanced quilters would like to do two. :)

We have such a bunch of talented people on this board. I am happy that so far (since people can still sign up today) I only have that one odd number . It broke down as:

    beginners - 14
    Beginner to intermediate - 4
    Intermediate - 22 (WOW)
    Intermediate to advanced - 4
Advanced - 9 (Yep, kinda hard to divide that number in two)

I think this is a great turnout and response.

Thanks people for stepping up to the plate. The day is half over and I've started to post some of the partner assignments. Won't finish them all until tomorrow in order to accommodate those who still want to sign up today.

Got my partner and this is so much fun - feel like I just made a new very good friend - we have so much in common. Being paired up with someone of your own skill level is just an added plus. Let's be sure to make this swap 100% successful. Thanks Bonni for all your hard work.

You're welcome. I think it will be interesting. I've already contacted my partner and we are starting to talk about what projects we'd like to do.

When will the rest of us get our partner?
