    clsurz - where did you get the patches you've used on your blocks ? I need to make a patriotic quilt and those patches would be awesome on it !!

    From the fabric bolt at the LQS. I'm still waiting on the Coast Guard one.

    You can buy each military branch emblem patch on 100% military fabric. I put heat and bond on back and will iron it on the piece of fabric i choose to put it on.

    If one has an embroidery machine or a shop that embroiders they can make them for you. It's cheaper though to get the emblem fabric and cut them out.
