Wow a lot happens when I disappear for a few days.

Terri, I am so sorry for your loss. I hope that the celebration of life that you all have here on earth will be a big healing process for all of you. We had one for my sister-in-law last Dec. She passed away in Oct but my brother decided to do the celebration on her birthday in Dec. We overwhelmed his small church with all the family that came. Over 70 of us. It was so wonderful.

The Tea is over. I am one happy camper. Never Never again will I ever do something that big again. Got to learn to keep my mouth shut. LOL. My sister is here for one more day and then on Wednesday, I am totally working on my blocks. I can't wait. I see all the ones posted and I get so antsy to get going.

Finally got brave and did Nelco's. Not a block I plan to make again if I have my choice. I'll be sure to read directions and if it has a partial seam, that block will find the back of the idea pile pretty fast!.

Here's my attempt... It really is square but I'm not "stable" when I use my phone for pictures and never can get them straight.
