nexxus, the block arrived in my mail box yesterday (Saturday) I opened it & 'peeked' but that's it for now- i'm putting in some long hours right now so it's going to be a couple weeks before I even think about coming up with a plan- but it is here safe & sound, beautiful so far, and waiting patiently on my cutting table..

Hi! Everybody. Hope everyone is getting along on their rounds. Got 3 more weeks before mailing. I am still trying to make up my mind on my design choice for this round. Should be able to get some sewing done the next couple of days if I can make a decision. Let us know how ya'll are doing!

YEA! alikat110---nice to see someone is still here- I was beginning to wonder if everyone had been (buried in snow) got lost. I have been working crazy hours --- not had a day off since Thanksgiving---yup, November....even worked Christmas & New years....every single day....11-14 hour days! it's been a rough haul...but finally...today is my last day of this stretch...I get 3 days off! I oh so hope I can get into the sewing room & accomplish something...my granddaughter's birthday is the 16th- her quilt is loaded up to be quilted- I just have to get in there & get it done- then bind it- then I can go back in & look at round robins again...we have managed to hire some new help- I will still be working kind of crazy- but will only have 7 days in a row & less hours- then have 2 or 3 days off so, I will get into the 'swing of things' again. anyhow....happy to see another member is still here.

Hi! Back CK! glad you got some time! Did you get to sew? As far as snow goes, that is a rarity here.....but we sure got the cold weather tho. Hadn't seen 10 degrees here in a truly long time!

alikat110-- I just finished the round on the quilt I was working on- the red & black one- I will get it packaged to mail but can wait until the 'mail date' if you would prefer- so you have time to get the one you are working on done...it is you i'm sending to right? this got kind of confusing- but yours is the address I have so i'm hoping it is the correct one.
here's a picture of my round on musicaljan's quilt.

I love the border you added to this top! It looks great. Very creative!

so---silent group (been 14 days since anyone has been here) it is mail date again....I will be stopping by the post office after work today to get the quilt I have sent off for it's next round...I hope someone else in this group is still 'playing along' and is also sending out their blocks/quilt-- I will be happy for this one to be finished up- since it seems no one here is really all that interested in the project.
