I'm sad, I thought you all were just being quiet, as I've not received any notice that there were any new posts on the thread. I had it selected for the topic to be watched :( I received the next round from Little Mo today and will have mine off to candlequilter tomorrow. Was there anyone who didn't want to see their blocks grow? So I don't inadvertently post a picture of it.

Candlequilter, love what you did with that center. Very nice.

Yes this group is pretty quiet. I hope everyone is okay and just busy working on projects.

Here's Mo's center with my round. I tried a couple of different borders and this is just what it needed. I also cut out some applique pieces, but they took away from the center. I'm sorry it's so plain, but it is the only thing that worked as well out of my different tries.

The purple pulls out the blues and purples in the light background fabric. It is really much prettier in person. I didn't have a batik that coordinated, so I used a Moda Marble and it works. I just wish there was something I could have put into the corners.

    Kristy,

I received your center from Sherryl. It is lovely!

It will go up on the wall this weekend. Hopefully it will have lots of ideas to tell me about.

Did you have any preferences on how it grows and what colors it may sprout?
