Yes, yes! Mim! Yes, Post a completed picture!!! :-)

GracefulAnn, it sounds like your son and daughter are both interested in your quilting hobby. Hopefully, it will rub off on them. :-) It's always nice to have a new generation of quilters!

    Thanks, everyone for posting pictures!

    Updates:
There are only 2 of us who have not posted a picture of the 24" quilt top.
With the Federal holiday (in USA) on Monday, it makes a short mailing week for the first group. Please plan ahead if you are mailing internationally.
The second group has one week more of sewing time, if needed, but mostly because we had a time consuming international mail situation.
The responses we had about the next sewing time, is that 3 weeks seemed like enough time for it. So, we'll go with 3 weeks of sewing time for the second group and 4 weeks of sewing time for the first group in order to put both groups on the same schedule again.
We'll all mail the week that starts October 9th. However, to allow approximately 12 days for international mail, international mailers should plan to mail at the end of the sewing time (that is, give yourself less sewing time and more mailing time). We discovered that domestic US mail was less than a week.
    Add a 6" border, resulting in a 36" quilt top (36 1/2").
Give your input regarding the 4th border--would you like 2", 3", 4", 6", or 8" added for that round? Would you like 3 weeks, 4 weeks, or 5 weeks sewing time?

I'd like 3 weeks of sewing time for the 4th border. Just to let you know, if we decide on a wider border you might get something that looks like two or three narrower borders, I don't know, math sort of freaks me out. I'm not good on math. lol

I think it would look funny if we did less then a 6" border next.

You guys need an album where you can see all the quilts together as they grow.

GracefulAnn's center arrived this week. I've been at work, so today is my first sewing day available. Thank goodness it's a long weekend. Some fabrics are auditioning for their spot on the border right now. Thinking what to do with them......

the time is OK as far as I am concerned. I am asking each of my swap partners to make smaller (less than 6") borders of their choosing because I will make a wall hanging of the finish piece.
