Small world! Yup he and my bf went to Sam Rayburn together. My bf might have even known you're nephew because he lived in pasadena with his mom, but his dad lived in channelview and he hung out a lot racing in deer park. I love Joe his coloring technique is AMAZING!

Well hi :) You'll have to share some of your favorite shops with me! We live between meyerland & bellaire...keith works in angelton at MSR (road course racetrack out there).

LOL...I was like what? Yea...then I realized you were in TX. It was actually a guy in Pasadena. My bf went to HS with him at Sam Rayburn years ago & he owns a tat shop. Smokin Joe's Custom Tattoos. Real nice, real talented.

So where are you in TX? I'm a transplant but have been here for 14 yrs now (5 in Dallas/FtWorth, 9 in Houston)

Thats funny! It is more silver/red now about 35% silver. Getting old but enjoying the changes for the most part

Sniff Sniff......:( Sad day the quilt in my picture was on the end of the couch and on the end table a candle was burning. You can imagine what happened. Two burned holes later I have rescued it. My first thought was to never look at it again but I have since realized that I can mend it with applique. Which by the way is the last type of project I ever choose to do and most of my UFO's require some type of it. So my resolution for this year to is get to the applique quickly so I don't change my mind. :)Have a great weekend ladies.

Oh my...well I'm glad it was just the quilt & you caught it. This is the 2nd post I've read in like a week regarding candle accidents. Glad I don't really use them, I'm always afraid the kitty will catch it's tail on fire!

WOOHOO...you can practice your new years resolution on my quilt when you get it :p
