ok ~ Chrys I'll direct this question to you ~ are row robins always surprises , or can we give a little more direction for the rows ~ like, mine is windy, autumn leaves and I have included sky, birds, trees, batiks and regular fabrics ~ I tried to leave it pretty open for people to use their imaginations ~ Your Christmas row is delightful ~ perhaps you have something specific in mind for your theme ~ or do you want yours to be a surprise ?? )

I got your row! It is beautiful!!!
I was wondering if you have any ideas what you might like the rest of us to do?
I just want to make rows that you will love.
We are moving on the 19th so as soon as I get reset up I will get on it!!!! I have been thinking of it and can't wait to get started!!

Glad you got my row Candi !!! Foremost ~ don't give it much thought til you are all moved !! I'm just happy it got to you !!!
This is my first row robin ~ so I'm enjoying the experience !! I like the jewel tones for this quilt and other then that you can have at it !!! Anything to do with autumn leaves, trees, sky , birds ~ ok ~ I used a lot of batiks , it doesn't have to be batiks ~ and dragonflies are wonderful ~ not necessary tho !!!
Just have fun and I will love it !!!!!!

I know round robin means you start in the center then some one does a row either on top or bottom, or left or right, And it goes from there. But I thought this one was a round robin doing rows.
I am excited but also confussed :-D
Hi Audrey !!! I love love love the picture of your row with Santa and his sleigh flying across the sky ~ Please share your vision of how you see your quilt rows coming together ~ I will not get it for awhile ~ just trying to get an idea of what you would like !!!

well for mine since it's a Christmas theme, I just want Christmas-y fabrics or designs etc. I say leave it up to the person doing the row....everyone is talented and can do something great and it's always good to see what others do with the rows without too much direction.
